INVOICE AUTOMATION

Supplier invoices read, matched and posted.

Invoices arrive by email or upload. Each one is read, matched to the purchase order line by line, and checked against your tolerances. Clean invoices within the limits you set are approved and posted to your ERP; only exceptions reach your team.

  • Exceptions arrive with the evidence a reviewer needs.
  • Duplicates and missing details must be fixed, not waived.
  • Scanned and bundled PDFs are split and read, in other languages and currencies too.
  • Each supplier’s invoice layout is taught once, then reused.
  • Postings to the ERP queue and retry, and each step is recorded.

CUSTOMER AND VENDOR PORTALS

Ordering, onboarding and status in one place.

Customers request service and track it. Vendors onboard, upload documents and see payment status. Each sees only their own records, connected to your systems.

  • Invited vendors complete onboarding themselves, with each document checked against your policy.
  • Expiring certificates are flagged early, and a renewal request goes out in one click.
  • Customers see status without calling your team.

FIELD OPERATIONS

Field work logged, routed and summarized.

Field teams work from a mobile app: scheduled site rounds, inspections and issues reported with photos, even where there is no signal. Each issue is logged, routed to the right person and tracked to its deadline, and a summary is drafted for the customer.

  • A mobile app for site rounds, inspections and issue reports, offline too.
  • Arrivals and departures recorded at each site.
  • Service levels tracked for each site.
  • Follow-up tasks tracked to completion, and summaries drafted for review.

QUESTIONS

What teams ask before they start.

Do these replace our ERP?

No. The applications sit in front of the systems you run and post to them. Your ERP stays the system of record for what it already holds.

Are they off-the-shelf products?

They start from applications already running in production and are configured to your rules, roles and systems with you.

Can we start with one?

Yes. Most teams start with one workflow, such as invoices or vendor onboarding, and add the next on the same foundation.

Who can see what in the portals?

Each customer and vendor sees only their own records, and your teams see what their roles allow.
